Accessing Your Items

CrateHouse gives you flexible, straightforward access to your stored belongings. You can Check Out and take them home, Access On Site or get them Delivered where you need.

 

While we recommend letting us know in advance when you plan to visit, you’re still welcome to arrive without notice. If your crates aren’t immediately available, you may be asked to wait briefly while we retrieve them.

A comfortable waiting area is available while your crates are brought down from storage. Once ready, your crates will be placed in a private access area, allowing you to sort, add, or remove items at your own pace.

There is no cost to access your items on site.

Checking Out Individual Crates

You don’t need to retrieve all of your storage to access what you need. Customers can check out individual crates, making it easy to access specific items without handling everything at once. Checked-out crates can be taken away and returned whenever you’re ready.

Finding the Right Crate

Each crate is assigned a unique crate number, which is visible in your online account once your storage is set up. If you choose to add descriptions when packing, these will also appear in your account to help identify what’s inside each crate.

You’ll also receive a physical logbook with your first crate, allowing you to manually record contents if you prefer an offline reference.
