Prohibited & Restricted Items
For safety, legal compliance, and to protect all customers, certain items are strictly prohibited from being stored in CrateHouse crates.
We do not allow hazardous materials, illegal goods, perishable items, living organisms, or high-risk valuables to be stored under any circumstances.
This includes (but is not limited to):

Fuel, gas bottles, chemicals, fireworks

Illegal substances or stolen goods

Firearms or weapons

Food, plants, soil, or organic materials

Animals or living organisms

Cash, jewellery, precious metals, or irreplaceable valuables

Wet, leaking, or odour-emitting goods

Certain items such as electronics, furniture, tools, and recreational equipment may be stored but are kept at the customer’s own risk. Customers are strongly encouraged to arrange independent insurance where appropriate.
Crates must be packed safely and within weight limits. CrateHouse reserves the right to refuse, isolate, or remove goods that breach our policy.
