Getting Started with CrateHouse
How It Works
Getting started with CrateHouse is simple. Choose how many crates you need, sign up online with no contracts, and decide whether you’d like to collect your crates yourself or have them delivered. Pack at your own pace, then return or book collection and we’ll store them securely. You only start paying for storage once your items are stored, and you can access your crates in person at any time.

Choose Your Storage
Select the number of crates you need and add any optional extras. You only pay for the space you use and can scale up or down at any time — no long-term commitments.

Account & Payment
We’ll need your name, contact details, and address to set up your account. Payments are processed securely online. Storage charges begin once your packed crates are placed into storage, while delivery fees are charged only after delivery or collection is completed. Uploading a photo ID is recommended to make future access faster and more secure.

Collect or Deliver
Choose the option that works best for you. Self collection and drop-off from our warehouse is the most cost-effective choice and offers maximum flexibility. If you prefer delivery, we’ll bring empty crates to your home or workplace and collect them once packed.

Storage & Access
Once stored, your crates remain fully accessible. You can visit the warehouse to access your items at any time without checking a crate out, or arrange to collect or redeliver a crate whenever you need it.
