How Delivery Works
CrateHouse delivery is designed to be simple, flexible, and transparent. Whether you’re receiving empty crates or having packed crates collected or returned, our delivery service is built to work around your schedule and access requirements.

Booking a Delivery
Deliveries can be organised online or over the phone once your account is set up. You’ll be able to select your preferred delivery window, with all delivery costs clearly outlined in advance.
Delivery fees can either be prepaid at the time of booking or charged after completion, depending on your preference.
CrateHouse will contact you on the day of delivery to confirm timing and access.

Receiving Empty Crates
Empty crates can be delivered directly to your home or workplace. A responsible person must be present at the time of delivery — crates cannot be left unattended in public spaces, on verges, or in common areas without access approval.
Our crates are compact, wheeled, and designed to fit through lifts, hallways, and stairwells, making them suitable for apartments and tight-access locations.

Packing at Your Pace
You can take as much time as you need to pack your crates. Storage charges only begin once packed crates are checked in and placed into storage.

Collection of Packed Crates
When you’re ready, book a collection online or over the phone. Packed crates must be accessible at the agreed time. Depending on access conditions, collections may incur additional removalist or handling costs, which will be discussed in advance where applicable.

Once collected, crates are transported back to the warehouse and checked into storage, at which point your storage subscription begins.

Redelivery & Check-Out
If you need your crates returned, you can book redelivery for individual crates or multiple crates. Checked-out crates remain on subscription while in your possession and can be returned to storage at any time.

A Flexible Alternative
Delivery is optional. Customers who want the most cost-effective solution can self collect and return crates directly to the warehouse, avoiding delivery fees while maintaining full flexibility and access.
