Security & Warehouse
CrateHouse is built around secure handling, controlled access, and organised storage. Our warehouse systems are designed to protect your belongings while keeping them accessible when you need them.

Individually Assigned & Tracked Crates
Each crate is allocated to your account and tracked through our digital management system. Every crate has a unique identifier, allowing us to accurately manage storage, retrieval, and check-in procedures.
Customers secure their crates with their own lock before storage. Once checked in, crates remain sealed until accessed by you.

Controlled Warehouse Access
Access to the warehouse is managed through reception during operating hours.
Customers must check in on arrival, and staff retrieve requested crates from storage. Crates are brought to a designated private access area where you can sort, add, or remove items comfortably.

Customers do not independently access storage racking or other stored crates. This ensures security, organisation, and safe handling at all times.

Advance notice for access visits is preferred, though we aim to accommodate walk-ins where possible. A waiting area is available if retrieval time is required.

Monitored & Secured Facility
The warehouse is monitored by 24/7 CCTV surveillance.
Outside of operating hours, the facility is fully locked and secured. There is no customer access after business hours, ensuring the safety and integrity of all stored items.

Access to stored crates is only available while staff are on site.

Organised Indoor Storage
All crates are stored indoors in a structured warehouse environment designed for safe stacking, handling, and efficient retrieval. Our modular storage system allows crates to remain accessible without long notice periods.
Crates are never supplied with limited functionality, and we maintain operational standards to ensure they remain safe and usable throughout their lifecycle.

Professional Handling & Facilities
CrateHouse staff manage crate movement within the warehouse, including stacking, retrieval, and check-in. This reduces the risk of damage and ensures consistent handling standards.
Our warehouse includes:
-
A controlled reception area
-
A designated loading zone
-
A private customer access space
-
A waiting area
These systems allow us to balance accessibility with security — giving customers convenient access while maintaining a safe and structured storage environment.
